My passion has always been to write.  I had my first story published in grade school, and have free lanced for various newspapers, trade journals, and magazines ever since.  I'm very excited to have my first book hitting the shelves this fall... 'A Silver Thread.'  It's a huge step that took a long time for me to dare do... simply submit!

I've been in Real Estate sense 1985.  There have been many changes over the years, but over all it's a cycle, we have highs & lows, like the tide washing in & out along the beach. When it's down it's a great time to buy and invest in Real Estate, when it's high you may want to sell.  I love helping others, and architecture.
